This website is operated by 合同会社GAS (“Freshpak”, “we”, “us”). Our full business details, including our registered address and contact information, are published on our Legal Notice page (特定商取引法に基づく表示).
2. Service Area
We currently accept and ship orders within Japan only.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example in cases of stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud, in which case we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Japanese yen and include consumption tax. We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
For credit card payments, your card is charged when the order is placed. For bank transfer, payment must be received by the deadline stated in your order confirmation email; unpaid orders may be cancelled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times after shipment may vary depending on your location within Japan and courier conditions. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications on the website are accurate. Minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur and do not constitute a defect.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Japanese law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or supply shortages.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our registered head office.

2. 販売地域
現在、ご注文・発送は日本国内のみを対象としております。
3. ご注文と契約の成立
本サイトでのご注文は購入の申込みとなり、当社が注文確認メールを送信した時点で売買契約が成立します。在庫切れ、価格・表示の誤り、不正利用の疑いがある場合など、当社が注文をお断り・キャンセルする場合があります。その際は速やかにご連絡のうえ、お支払い済み金額を返金いたします。
4. 価格およびお支払い
本サイトに表示する価格はすべて日本円・消費税込みです。お支払い方法は以下のとおりです。
- 銀行振込
- クレジットカード
クレジットカード決済の場合、ご注文確定時に決済処理が行われます。銀行振込の場合、注文確認メールに記載の期限内にお振込みください。期限内にご入金が確認できない場合、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。
5. 配送について
ご入金確認後、3〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。発送後のお届けまでの日数は、お届け先やお届け業者の状況により異なる場合があります。商品の紛失・破損に関する危険負担は、お届け先住所への配達完了時点でお客様に移転します。
6. 返品・交換・返金について
ご注文のキャンセル、返品、交換、返金については、本規約の一部を構成する返品・返金ポリシーに従うものとします。
7. 商品情報について
当社は商品説明・画像・仕様について正確な情報の掲載に努めておりますが、色味・サイズ・梱包状態等に若干の差異が生じる場合があり、これらは不良には該当しません。
8. 知的財産権
本サイト上のテキスト、画像、ロゴ、Freshpakのブランド名・商標を含むすべてのコンテンツの権利は、合同会社GASに帰属するか、権利者の許諾を得て使用しております。当社の事前の書面による同意なく、複製・転用することを禁じます。
9. 禁止事項
本サイトを違法な目的で使用すること、当社システムへの不正アクセス・妨害を試みること、不正な注文を行うことを禁じます。
10. 責任の制限
適用法令で認められる範囲において、お客様のご購入に起因して当社が負う責任は、当該ご注文にお支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。日本法上排除できない責任を除き、当社製品のご利用に起因する間接的・派生的な損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
11. 不可抗力
天災、輸送障害、供給不足など、当社の合理的な支配の及ばない事由による履行の遅延・不履行について、当社は責任を負いません。
12. 準拠法および管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に起因または関連する紛争については、当社本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
13. 規約の変更
当社は本規約を随時変更することがあります。変更内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。変更後も本サイトのご利用を継続された場合、変更後の規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
